MAGICAL TOUCH CAR WASH 'Shine Bright' Sweepstakes - Official Rules

Eligibility

The "Shine Bright" Sweepstakes (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the state of Michigan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of MAGICAL TOUCH CAR WASH, INC. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside Michigan and where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 15, 2024, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 15, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

How to Enter

Enter by completing and submitting the official entry form available on this contest webpage during the Contest Period. You must provide your full name and a valid email address. Phone number is optional. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address throughout the Contest Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Winner Selection & Notification

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 22, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided on their entry form on or about December 29, 2024. Potential winners must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within this time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Prize must be claimed as instructed in the notification.

Prizes

Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) Year of Ultimate Washes, awarded as a pass or voucher system determined by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $480.00.
Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) 6-Month Magic Pass for unlimited washes. ARV: $240.00 each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1680.00. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash substitution or alternative is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. MAGICAL TOUCH CAR WASH, INC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
